DAY 1 - SUNDOWNER PICNIC OVER THE WAGONGA INLET
The best place to view the sunset in Narooma is at Quota Park overlooking the Wagonga Inlet and local oyster leases. Relax at one of the waterfront picnic tables with a dozen local Narooma oysters or cook your own dinner at one of the public BBQ’s located next to the kid’s park. Pick up fish and chips or a burger from The Inlet Restaurant or order a local produce antipasto grazing box from us featuring local Tilba cheese, dips, olives, meats and more. Or book a table at the Quarterdeck Restaurant which overlooks the inlet and is the perfect spot for sunset cocktails.

For something really special let us do all the work for you with our Luxury Pop Up Picnic setting overlooking the water.
DAY 2 - SUNRISE AT AUSTRALIA ROCK
Start the day than watching the sunrise through Australia Rock. Australia Rock is a rock formation with a hole in it the shape of the map of Australia (missing Tasmania – oops!) It is a great place to take photos and you can also capture Barunguba Montague Island Reserve in the background.

Break wall and the Seal Colony
Take a short walk from Australia Rock and you will see a colony of New Zealand fur seals on the left-hand side of the break wall. These creatures love to sunbathe on the rocks or frolic in the water below. Please be mindful these are wild animals and please keep your distance.

Bar Rock Lookout
The view over the break wall and out to the Barunguba Montague Island Reserve from here is breathtaking. On a clear day you can see as far north as Didthol (Pigeon House) Mountain near Ulladulla and west over the Wagonga Inlet to the Narooma Bridge.
DAY 2 - THE BEST COFFEE IN TOWN WITH A VIEW
By now you will be needing a coffee. Our favourite places for brunch are Salt at the Marina or Surf Beach Café as both have stunning views over the water. Salt is located at the Narooma Marina and is a covered deck over the water next to the historic boat sheds. Surf Beach Café overlooks Surf Beach, Barunguba Montague Island Reserve, and the Glasshouse Rocks. Bound to Earth also have beautiful views up the coast and are good if you would like a quick toasty for breakfast and organic coffee. The Hub Espresso Bar offers coffee 7 days a week and has plenty of long trailer parking just out the front. All places have outdoor seating where you can watch your bikes. The Hub, Salt and Bound to Earth are dog friendly.
DAY 2 - E-BIKE THE NAROOMA TO DALMENY COASTAL TRAIL
After breakfast set off for your E-bike ride to Dalmeny. This cycle path as been voted in the top three cycle paths in NSW by Australian Geographic Adventure magazine. Enjoy one beautiful beach after another. Our E-bikes make the ride so much easier. Look out for the seals and stingrays along the way.
DAY 2 - E-BIKE ALONG THE MILLBAY BOARDWALK
The Mill Bay Boardwalk is one of the highlights of the Narooma to Dalmeny Cycle Trail. The wooden walkway overlooks the Wagonga Inlet, Narooma and Gulaga Mountain. It is the perfect place to look for stingrays, seals and sea eagles that frequent the area. If there are fishermen at the wharf at Apex Park at the end of the boardwalk then there are sure to be seals, pelicans and stingrays as they gather in the hope of being fed.
DAY 2 - E-BIKE ALONG THE KIANGA WETLANDS
The wetlands between the Mill Bay Boardwalk and Kianga Point are absolutely teaming with birds. Look out for fairy wrens, moor hens, egrets, black swans, and herons to name just a few. Listen for the bell birds in the spotted gum forest across the road and occasionally you will hear the resident Lyrebird bird.
DAY 2 - E-BIKE KIANGA POINT HEADLAND
At the top of the hill after the wetlands take the right hand right road to Kianga Point headland. This is a short loop with a viewing platform that has spectacular views over Narooma, the golf course and south over Carters Beach. From Mid August to Mid October this is a great place for whale watching.
DAY 2 - E-BIKE DUESBURY BEACH HEADLAND AND DALMENY POINT
Duesbury Beach Headland and Dalmeny Point Headland are great viewing platforms looking straight over Barunguba Montague Island Reserve with spectacular coastal views and are great places to stop during whale watching season.
DAY 2 - LUNCH AT EVANS POINT, MUMMAGA LAKE
Pick up some fresh local fish and chips at Blue Octopus Café in Dalmeny or a buy lunch from the IGA and ride to Evans Point for a picnic. It is beautiful place to stop and enjoy lunch with views over Mummaga Lake. After lunch make your way back to Narooma along the cycle path.
